We would like to take a moment to explain our current business and ordering policies.

Shipping and Handling

We make all our product to customers specific order and so the shipment of your piece will depend on our work load when we receive your order. When you place your order you will receive an email within 2 working days providing you with a guarantee ship date. You can deside then to confirm your order or not.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

In our email stateing the shipping date will be charges for each of the above delivery methods. If you choose to confirm your order you can select your delivery choice at the same time.
 
Once we receive your confirmation we will reply with a final statement of when we will start work on your piece, the shipping date and total cost.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
If, after all attempts, we are unable to satisfy your expectations, we will accept your return and refund the cost of the item. We can not refund shipping expenses.
